Vanilla Sweet Cream
Our classic Vanilla is perfectly sweetened and is a wonderful base for homemade toppings. Or if you prefer vanilla on its own you won’t be disappointed with this simple and fresh summer favorite!

LBD Chocolate
This boozy ice cream is a partner flavor with the Lilly Pad Hopyard and Brewery. We use their Little Black Dress Stout in this chocolate ice cream along with chocolate in 3 forms! This is one of our signature flavors and one you can’t miss!

Mixed Berry Cobbler
Wild foraged berries from the Lilly Pad acreage make a mixed berry ice cream base. Home made berry cobbler is then made and mixed into this base for a scrumptiously berry packed ice cream.

Green Monster
Monster Energy in Ice Cream form! Yes really! We took Monster Energy and reduced it down to a syrup and mixed that into our vanilla ice cream base and added green and black sprinkles just for fun! The result is a mild green apple flavor thats just a whisper past vanilla.

Red White and Blue Cheesecake
This flavor starts with baking a real cheese cake with strawberries and blueberries mixed throughout. Once that cheese cake is finished and cooled its chopped up and put into a cream cheese base ice cream and its all swirled with more strawberries! Super decadent!!

Old Fashioned Cocktail
The best versions of old fashioned cocktails I’ve had the joy of drinking were made with really high quality cherries, so for this ice cream we used Fabbri Amarena cherries and blended those with whiskey and a little bit of orange! Add our whiskey caramel for an extra special treat.

Banana Pudding
Soooo Banana Pudding is kind of a big deal around here. So to create our Banana Pudding Ice Cream we used a banana pudding moonshine and home made custardy pudding and blended it all with real bananas and Nilla Wafers. You can’t get anymore authentic than this one!

Blueberry Cabernet Crumble (V)
Blueberries, Coconut Cream and more Blueberries are puréed and mixed into our ice cream base along with some reduced cabernet wine! This boozy flavor is then mixed with a ribbon of our home made granola full of toasted pecans, pretzels and brown sugar. Somehow this flavor almost feels healthy! Can you imagine that!!

Mississippi Mud
Coffee base, made with coffee from Gather Coffee in Oneida, TN. Mixed into this smooth coffee bases is Oreo crumbs and home made brownie bits

Cereal Killer
So whats your favorite part about cereal?? Those little colorful marshmallows right?! Well this boozy flavor has heaps of those little marshmallows mixed into a RumChata Ice Cream base for that perfect boozy cereal milk flavor!

Blackberries picked fresh from our property with a healthy portion of red wine sangria for a fresh summery sorbet

Keylime Cheesecake
Our Key lime cheesecake uses real Key Lime juice for that distinct flavor you only find in key limes! We paired that lime with our creamy cheesecake base and the unique twist we gave this one is that we made our crust with golden Oreos rather than a simple graham cracker crust. This is a must try summer flavor!

24K Oatmeal Cookies
Do you like oatmeal cookies? Well Goldchlager and brown sugar make the perfect brown sugar flavored boozy ice cream base and then we added pieces of chewy homemade oatmeal cookies throughout!

Strawberry Jam
Sweet cream base blended with home made fresh strawberry jam for a lightly sweet and fresh fruit classic flavor!

Creamsicle
This boozy flavor is light and bright bringing in the nostalgia of orange dreamsicle popsicles of the summer. We used Cointreau, an orange liqueur, with a little bit of orange juice and our fresh vanilla cream to give that perfect orange cream flavor.

Buttermilk Peach
This buttermilk bases has that distinctive buttermilk tang mixed with the sweet bright flavor of the local peach purée swirled throughout. The peaches were gifted to the Lilly Pad by a neighbor and friend.

Pina-Rita (V)
The Pina-Rita is just like it sounds, cross a pina colada with a classic margarita and you get this vegan sorbet. We used our coconut milk base to create this dairy free flavor and blended it with fresh pineapple, silver tequila more coconut and lime juice. We are holding on to the last bits of summer bliss with this one!

Buttershots Cookies 'n Cream
Buttershots is a butterscotch schnapps, that with shaved butterscotch chocolate make this buttershots a step above the regular cookies ‘n cream. Oreo crumbs never paired so well!

Apple Pie Moonshine
Made with pieces of real crumb top apple pie and apple pie moonshine this boozy ice cream give you those crisp fall vibes!

Black Witch Hazel-Nut
Chocolate and Hazelnut Nutella mixed into our creamy ice cream base make this Hazelnut flavor. We then make it black by mixing in edible charcoal for a true witchy halloween vibe!

Honey Cornbread
Our sweet cream base blended with a generous portion of honey fresh from the Lilly Pad bees with pieces of cornbread mixed in for this classic southern combination

Trail Head
A rich chocolate base ice cream with all your favorite trail mix mix ins! We are talking all the nuts, MnMs raisins and chocolate chips you could ask for!

Chocolate Cherry Cordial
This luxurious chocolate ice cream is swirled with premium whiskey bourbon cherries from the cherry capital of the world. This blend gives you just the perfect combination of a chocolate covered cherry cordial!

Champagne Mixed Berry
A boozy flavor that we use and entire bottle of champagne for! We mix it with blueberry, strawberry and blackberry puree to create this bright brunch type flavor

Sweet Tea Ice Cream
For this classic southern flavor we infuse our sweet cream base with real black tea. It is generously sweetened and then marbled with a sweet lemon cream swirl.

Root Beet
Love Root Beer Floats?! Then you love this root beer ice cream! We used Root Beer Schnapps with our Vanilla Sweet Cream base to make this amazing take on a boozy root beer float

Humming Bird Cake
Hummingbird cake is a banana-pineapple spice cake with pecans, originating in Jamaica and a popular dessert in the southern US States since the 70’s. We made this cake and mixed it into in a spiced cream cheese ice cream base.

Brownies in a Barrel
We take the 12 year George Dickel and turn that into the best whiskey caramel sauce you’ve had. That whiskey caramel sauce in then combined with our sweet cream to make a whiskey caramel ice cream that we mix fudgy brownie pieces throughout

Rocky Top
“Rocky Top” is an ode to the simple life here in Tennessee and is a soundtrack to this area. The tune was adopted as a state song in 1982. So here at the Tipsy Cow we decided it was the perfect inspiration for our take on a Rocky Road Ice Cream. We used our rich chocolate base and added Walnuts, Pecans, Brownie Pieces and of course little Marshmallows!

Tiramisu
Traditionally made with espresso, our tiramisu ice cream is made with cold brew and Kahlua for a smooth coffee and Kahlua packed dessert! I recommend this if your thinking about having ice cream for breakfast!

Honeysuckle
I gathered wild honeysuckle blooms and steeped those into the cream to create this floral and almost tropical seasonal flavor! Only available when the honeysuckle are in bloom.

Brown Sugar Peanut Butter Batter
This flavor tastes just like if you were about to make peanut butter cookies and magical turned it into ice cream when you baked them. Slighly sweet malty and oh so peanutty!
